How do you get Golf Lessons? I want it to be a gift for Dads bday Please Help?

OK let me start off by saying that I know NOTHING about the sport of Golf and I apologize 
Its my Dads birthday this Saturday and the man has everything! I would love to get him some golfing lessons for his birthday, how would I go about doing this? Can anyone give me some advice and steer me in the right direction. Also, how much do you think golfing lessons are? You help is greatly appreciated thank you so much!
